Got a workout in! Working out is way more liberating for me when I have a goal. Not only is my goal to be as healthy as I can be, but I also want to fitness model one day. The picture on the right is just a start, I have a long way to go but I don’t see anything wrong with chasing a dream:) so stop what your doing and start chasing your dreams!
You should always be challenging yourself. I know when most fitblrs read this they think, “I definitely need to push myself harder in my workout”- its the first thing I thought! But if you sit back and think about this quote for a while, you will realize that it applies to all aspects of life. Push yourself in your job- overcome obstacles and challenges so it is always interesting. Push yourself at school or cleaning more; anything you do, deserves a challenge.

sometimes ill open this picture on my ipod or phone and leave it on the treadmil while I am running. I am a terrible runner and I work on it all of the time. When I do intervals, sometimes I want to cut my sprints short because I find it monotonous and difficult but when I read this I realize, quitting is not nearly as satisfying the destination is. never give upxo
