These are wonderful. You can even corporate them into your daily routine. Like do a 30sec squat hold in the shower.
Choose stairs > escalator/elevator
Park far away from a store so you can walk longer distances
Plank and plank leg raise before bed
Calf raise while you brush your teeth
Now go enjoy your day βΊππͺ

I can’t sleep so I decided to tell you why.
I have been getting little to no sleep each night because I have been waiting for tomorrow; I meet with the orthopedic surgeon.
I fell at gymnastics and injured my knee without knowing I did (er high pain tolerance) so I walked and worked out on it until it literally gave out on me every time I tried to use it. I didn’t realize how much I would miss my knee until I didn’t have much use of it this past 3 weeks. I haven’t been able to work, I’ve only been able to work arms and abs, and I can’t stand up for more than like 30 minutes straight. IM GOING CRAZY. Anyhow, tomorrow I find out my fate. They’re thinking surgery but I’m not positive I’ve torn anything? I find that out tomorrow too. I’m so nervous and anxious and I don’t know why??!???!!! Im trying to be positive about it though- it shows me how badly i crave fitness and health, not on a physical exterior aspect, but because it makes me feel good. fitness makes me feel whole. We all have dreams and aspirations, this made me want mine even more. I want to model, I want to travel, inspire, help others, all that and more. Grab like by the horns and ride the shit out of it. Not for anyone else, but for yourself.
This has always been one of my favorite quotes. We need to be more about taking action!
Got a workout in! Working out is way more liberating for me when I have a goal. Not only is my goal to be as healthy as I can be, but I also want to fitness model one day. The picture on the right is just a start, I have a long way to go but I don’t see anything wrong with chasing a dream:) so stop what your doing and start chasing your dreams!
