Got a workout in! Working out is way more liberating for me when I have a goal. Not only is my goal to be as healthy as I can be, but I also want to fitness model one day. The picture on the right is just a start, I have a long way to go but I don’t see anything wrong with chasing a dream:) so stop what your doing and start chasing your dreams!

if you cheat or skip a gym session, accept it and admit it. Dont make excuses for yourself because that my dear is a recipe for failure and i know you are not a failure. YOU of all people are a champion xo
too many people reach a goal and then leave it be, or for a lack of better words, give up. Dont set a goal to reach them and stop, set goals and never stop so you constantly push yourself!

sometimes ill open this picture on my ipod or phone and leave it on the treadmil while I am running. I am a terrible runner and I work on it all of the time. When I do intervals, sometimes I want to cut my sprints short because I find it monotonous and difficult but when I read this I realize, quitting is not nearly as satisfying the destination is. never give upxo
