It is so easy to just throw in the towel and give up. I bet I am not the only one who went really good regarding diet and exercise for a few days and then given up MISERABLY.

how moving is that? It makes you realize how often we are quick to run the other way when we see a challenge due to fears or insecurities. Use these fears to fuel your fire and give you a goal instead of running away. Accept a challenge today xo

I am so happy and I feel great today.
I had my cinnamon and egg pancakes for breakfast, protein shake for a snack, protein for a post workout, salmon and spinach for lunch and some cool whip free!
i know it sounds like a lot but i am feeding my body what it needs:)

there is literally NOTHING in it and it tastes so yummy. There’s only about 15 calories in 2 TBSP! Put it in the freezer and take it out whenever you need some saving.
