if you are trying to watch your calorie intake but you are CRAVING something sweet, have some cool whip free!there is literally NOTHING in it and it tastes so yummy. There’s only about 15 calories in 2 TBSP!  Put it in the freezer and take it out whenever you need some saving.

workout for me

So if you are reading this, at some point today, drop and give me twenty! 5 pushups, 5 situps, 5 crunches, and 5 lunges! I know it is simple but it may inspire you to do a full workout!

I just gave the most inspiring person a workout - my cousin. She has been working towards weight loss and a hea;thier lifestyle since May 2011 and now she is finally kicking it into high gear! I see such a difference in her mind, body, and spirit as she is incorporating more health and positivity into her lifestyle!

now time for my work out:)

circuit 1

20 sec sprint on 14 incline treadmil 1.5 minute walking.
15 diamond push ups
(hold pushup for 20)
20 V ups
(hollow hold for 20)
5 jump lunges each leg
(hold lunge for 10 each leg)
Do 4 times

Circuit 2

15 single leg RDL @ 45 lb
25 calf raises
20 lat pull down @ 60 lb
16 DB row each hand @20 lb
Do 4 times

Circuit 3

AB suicide from 20 down to 10 rest 1 min then do 10 down to 1.

this morning I was very tempted to roll over and shut off my alarm. instead I sat up and stretched and I instantly felt energized.

when people do not get enough sleep, their metabolism slows down and it negatively effects their body. the SAME effect happens to people who sleep too much. did you ever sleep until noon and feel groggy and plain old gross after? this is why!
so instead of sleeping the day away, wake up and take a shower or do some yoga!
